Apply the Fix Kit to your site

Use the robots.txt, llms.txt, schema and title fixes from your scan.

Why it matters

Every site scan writes a Fix Kit from your own pages: a corrected robots.txt, an llms.txt, schema markup, and new titles and descriptions. This guide shows where each one goes.

You can apply all of it in about four minutes with a file manager, or let Auto-fix apply the titles, descriptions and schema for you.

Before you start

  • A recent site scan
  • Access to your site's main folder for robots.txt and llms.txt
  • Access to your homepage template, a header code plugin, or Auto-fix

Step by step

  1. 1

    Run a free site scan

The fixes are written from your own pages.

    Tools›Site scan
  2. 2

Replace robots.txt if it says "Fix ready"

Upload the new file to the root of your site, replacing the old one.

    cPanel›File Manager›public_html
  3. 3

    Upload llms.txt

Same folder. It is optional and does no harm.

  4. 4

Paste the business schema into your homepage

Inside the head section. In WordPress, a header code plugin does this.

    WordPress›Settings›Header code
  5. 5

    Update the titles and descriptions

Download the CSV, or let Auto-fix apply them for you.

    Your site›Fixes›Auto-fix

If something goes wrong

The new robots.txt removed a rule I need
Add your rule back. The kit keeps existing private rules, but review any custom lines before replacing the file.
Schema test shows errors
Make sure the markup is pasted once, inside the head, and that the address and phone match your real details.
Titles changed in the dashboard but not in Google
Search engines update titles when they next crawl the page, which can take days.

What to do next

Run a new scan after applying the kit to confirm each fix, and turn on Auto-fix for pages that change often.
